      Some of the people from the legacy companies are great Office is decent in US Pay was decent though, it will probably go down/not increase pretty good WLB

      Cons

      -sinking ship merger is going down -forced relocation for acceptance of role and laid off without warning/ decent severance(one week) -signed up for 5 pillar rotational program with choice at end...first day on the job we got two choices and neither where in my specialty/passion -Layoffs are never mentioned, no preparation, out of nowhere -Very Very Very, top heavy so many delays on decision making because everyone wants a piece of the pie

      Pros

      The role is primarily remote, offering great flexibility. Many of the engineers are highly supportive, and having access to mentorship at this early stage of my career has been invaluable.

      Overall, it’s a great role for career development.
