- Senior management is not good at handling your issues. - HR management doesn't treat you well when you need their help - When you leave the company they give negative review for you - Pay scale is not standardized , a junior might get higher compensation than a senior - Hikes are not good, politics is involved here, a hard working employee gets 4 - 8% hike while a bench warmer gets 80-90% hike - they force you to achieve cloud certifications but they will hesitate to provide you learning materials or exam vouchers. - when you are serving notice period your salary will be on hold for complete 2 months - Very slow in the process to retain employees - They don't follow notice period buy back policy properly , even your manager approves it then HR dept. starts to harass you over your F & F and release of documents
