Pros are almost too many to include. Cloudreach really values the individual and it is apparent across the board with who ever you speak to. I feel that I am able to be myself at work. The work is actually fun. I get a lot of cool and unique projects that I never would have in other roles. Benefits are pretty great in the US. Unlimited holiday that my manager actively pressures me to use, solid healthcare, 401k, commuter benefits, dental & vision, and dedicated professional development time every week.
