      Struggled to find any to be fair

      Cons

      - Micromanagement - Old methods and lack of modern minds - Management have been there 20 plus years - Focus on you selling and saying “yes” to everything despite not being able to deliver - Traces of racism in the corporation unfortunately - Interview process and promised not honoured once employed - Using crazy metrics and performance scoring to deceive you out of a bonus and promotion - I can go on but to say stay away is being polite

      Pros

      The role is primarily remote, offering great flexibility. Many of the engineers are highly supportive, and having access to mentorship at this early stage of my career has been invaluable.

      Overall, it’s a great role for career development.
