The company is a ''good resume for you", you can end up in a good university with Ericsson project management experience. International perspective. Cons
The general level of intelligence is low, people are grumpy, combat / survival mode. Not a real team and real strive to improve, mainly trying to show off, short-term results oriented. Salaries are ridiculous
