Pros
Lots of the best minds come to work at Ericsson and there are some truly wonderful people that cycle through. Those that stay are often the ones who find the right words that North American senior leadership likes to here. They like to hear they are great leaders, everything is great, and everything will be great.
Cons
Lots of creative, tech-minded, world changers joined the North American company by believing the marketing material. Then after a while they slowly realize it is the same as other companies: Sustainability is a green-washing term, others will take credit for your creativity and accomplishments, and those with constructive criticism will be managed out of the organization.
