Pros
My team was amazing. Loads to learn from my senior developer and other team members. Unfortunately, my entire team got laid off so thats that. Good time off policy.
Cons
Management lacks overall vision. Reorgs happen with very high frequency. Most of the management has no idea what the developers/engineers/ML guys actually do and its relevance or importance. Team managers hold grudges against you if they have had bad blood with your previous managers. (happened to me when I was trying to move to a different team)
