Relaxed and Stress Free Environment. Very rich multinational multi-cultural company with chances to meet talent from anywhere & everywhere. Long and Short term assignment opportunities in 144 countries where Ericsson Operates
Cons
Too much focus and dependency on Mobile & RAN products and marginal focus on IP & networking products Multiple Acquisitions that happened during my tenure were handled disastrously (Entrisphere & Redback are the biggest examples) Salary packages are not the best around, but overall benefits are OK.
