Pros
Overall respectful environment. Work life balance is their best value proposition.
Cons
If you are Swedish, very easy to get promoted. Most attractive HQ jobs go directly to Swedish citizens. Inclusiveness is low in Sweden, but higher in the other offices. A bit slow, and bureaucratic. Average age is in late 40's, so don't expect a fun work environment in the HQ. Mediocre performance is accepted and cherished.
