      Pros

      Lots of Vacation , Good medical benefits ,

      Cons

      Its not IP company . Its on the boundary of telcom vs new IP base transition. So, if you are an IP guy, dont come to Ericsson. Definitely a bad choice to make. Ofcourse if you are an expert and wants to manage a Big Team , may work. But early in the career, cant guess So until you define what you exactly wanted to do early in career , it will tough for you to move out of this company. I warn . You will be stuck. So, plan your technology skills and play the game accordingly. Check with your Team specifically. MORE IMPORTANT ONE.

      Pros

      The company culture is great. Super flexible, remote work culture and tons of different areas or career paths to pivot into. International company with offices in 180 different countries. Loads of diversity.

      Cons

      Many teams can be international, so timezones will conflict a lot and make it much harder to work with people who are overseas as they are logging off as you are getting on. This also causes communication issues as sometimes there can be language barriers.

      Get work with an excellent team on interesting problems related to network API's, and communication APIs.

      Cons

      Some of the products could be better. Internal tooling changes a lot. Sales team don't get enough support from Marketing.
