Business Outlook
Pros
Ericsson has some of the best benefits of any company out there, seriously gold star. Their pay was comparable or better than other companies. My coworkers were smart and diligent; it was a good environment for achieving results and learning new technologies.
Cons
They made some very bad moves, especially in the Media division. They bought part of Microsoft to enhance their position in the IPTV space and then let that management team run wild. They overspent on a next generation cloud based IPTV platform, which over promised features and undelivered on results. It was too late to the market and didn’t deliver much over the previous products.
