Pros
It's a multinational company, allowing an employee to professionaly grow across the 180 countries Ericsson has clients. It has 40% of the world's mobile traffic, being currently the telecom equipment vendor with the highest market share. Good benefits for those in a Non-term contract. And not so bad conditions for whose in an internship and certain-term contracts. Reasonable career planning.
Cons
Till now, to be honest, I haven't found any CON that would be serious enough for me to leave. Maybe the current downside is the non-atricve average salary of Ericsson in my country.
