Pros
Short Commute, close to post office and Federal Express. Easy on and off to Route 84. Dunkin Donuts, gas, Arby's, diners and airport close by. Learned alot by trial by fire method and how to protect yourself from the other departments blame game and attacks. Consider this employer for a short stint (under a year) and if you choose to work here be prepared for a difficult "boot camp" or hazing type experience. Remember to leave before your personal life is damaged beyond repair.
Cons
No respect for employees, Frequently coming up with new schemes to get employees to work more and more hours with no compensation except suplying a meal while working. Interdepartmental bickering and blame throwing. Customer Service suffers due to lack of talented technical staff and policies that emphazie billable time above everything else. Expect to work late and on weekends regularly with no additional compensation.
