Meaningful work, employees come second - Project Manager Epic Employee Review

- Work life balance does not exist, there will always be more work - Not a lot of vacation days and often feel as if they can’t be used do to workload - Money and customers always come before employees - Upper management is not responsive to feedback - Covid response has not been very good. We are continued to be told part of our culture is being on campus. This puts employees at risk when most folks would be taking virtual meetings in their office anyway. This makes it seems like we aren’t trust as employees.
