      Good salary for the Madison cost of living Nice campus & culinary Collaborative atmosphere (Usually) meaningful work

      Workload can get very intense Upper management is very opaque, resistant to change, and actively quashes dissent. COVID-19 response was very delayed, and permission to work from home is being revoked against health department suggestions.
