Pros
In Elverys there is always room to move upwards, whether it be keyholder, SAS, part of the power team, assistant manager or manager. You are encouraged to 'go further'. The amount of in-depth knowledge you receive from training in keep fit, foot balance, nutrition and so on is useful to many on a day to day basis. The management and owners of the company are very approachable and lovely people. Having mystery shoppers every month is beneficial to the staff and company and having a reward for a good score is very rewarding. Being trained to have such an extensive knowledge of footwear is highly beneficial. The company is just fantastic.
Cons
I haven't got many cons about this job. The management and staff are friendly, I work in a lovely environment with alot of space and people always willing to answer any questions I have ever asked.
