      Good opportunities for staff day outs and prizes.

      Cons

      Poor training - thrown in deep end and learn as you make a mistake approach does not work. Lack of basic facilities (canteen, parking etc).

      Salary and hours are the drawback. This can be rectified by reducing the working week by a couple of hours
