Pros
Maybe if you like sports and need the staff discount, but even that is restricted. You don't have to wear a tie?
Cons
Low pay. No appreciation of staff. Lip service paid to employee morale. 3 month performance evaluations described as a 2 way process, instead used solely to beat up staff. Poisonous atmosphere.
