Staff and other colleagues make the job as good as it is

Salary and hours are the drawback. This can be rectified by reducing the working week by a couple of hours

Really nice work environment, manager is so lovely and accommodating to staff requests. Good staff discounts multiple times a year

Building is a bit run down, not maintained well by the higher ups.
