      Pay is fantastic, the staff is great, and the work is fun

      Cons

      These bars and restaurants are corporate-owned, so if you're used to the "bar lifestyle" and other bent rules etc you probably won't find that here.

      We got paid every week which was nice. There was plenty of overtime available.

      Work from home on Friday's.

      Cons

      *PTO is 2.5 Days your first year.. Given to you in April and October. *You can't make up hours *High Turnover *Management Reactive, Not Proactive *Management unwilling to learn. Make changes without understanding the processes and then get upset with Staff when things are not going the way felt it should. *Fire people without warning. Thursdays became very grim.
