Unhealthy work environment & management - Anonymous employee Egis Group Employee Review

Toxic manager - was constantly yelling for no reason when in the office. In the meeting he was belittle the person who were not his "level". The manager always said bad things about everyone in their back, and then smiling in front of them. Total unhealthy work environment. No support from management when there is a unethical behavior - they just close their eyes and act like nothing happened. Don't go work there !!!
