      Several vouchers (entertainment, holidays, gifts) distributed several times during the year. Sponsorship of sport activities. Restaurant and parking directly on the building. 2 days per week of home-office.

      Frequency of public transport to arrive, for some lines each 20 minutes up to 1h

      Lower and middle management does their best, but their efforts are generally limited completely by the corporate culture of profit over everything.

      Cons

      BLN used to be a small, family owned firm but now after several mergers and acquisitions, it's essentially a French-owned Blackrock type firm.
