      Your Salary depends on your passport unfortunately. Long term job security is lacking and jobs are more project based unless you have great influence with the higher management or you are passport holder of Europe or America

      Lower and middle management does their best, but their efforts are generally limited completely by the corporate culture of profit over everything.

      Cons

      BLN used to be a small, family owned firm but now after several mergers and acquisitions, it's essentially a French-owned Blackrock type firm.
