      -good medical benefits. -401K matching. -laid back work environment. - good pay. - once in awhile they give free food for everyone. - free coffee, free breakfast/cereal

      Cons

      - You are required to work 10 hrs shift every after holiday to make up the hours. - Too much work drama, employees love to gossip. - There’s a lot of ghetto people working here so don’t expect everybody to be professional.

      Lower and middle management does their best, but their efforts are generally limited completely by the corporate culture of profit over everything.

      Cons

      BLN used to be a small, family owned firm but now after several mergers and acquisitions, it's essentially a French-owned Blackrock type firm.
