      Pros

      Salary,benifits,increments,bonus are always on time,never delayed.Atleast I have never seen in my 3.5years career in Egis as a full time employee. They never give problems to full time employees though didn't get payment from the client.Ontime increment and bonus/exgratia.

      Cons

      Management is not so good in India.Employee selection is not so proper.Promotion scope is very rare.

      Pros

      Lower and middle management does their best, but their efforts are generally limited completely by the corporate culture of profit over everything.

      Cons

      BLN used to be a small, family owned firm but now after several mergers and acquisitions, it's essentially a French-owned Blackrock type firm.
