      Pros

      You get various benefits as per government standards PF, Insurance etc. You get access to e-library, get to work on big projects.

      Cons

      Senior staff is not very supporting to young professionals. Better for experienced persons, working with government officials with all the bribery and torturing can become a big problem for faint hearted.

      Pros

      Lower and middle management does their best, but their efforts are generally limited completely by the corporate culture of profit over everything.

      Cons

      BLN used to be a small, family owned firm but now after several mergers and acquisitions, it's essentially a French-owned Blackrock type firm.
