Toxic culture and poor management - Anonymous employee Egis Group Employee Review

The culture is not consistent throughout the company. The promotion and selelction of maangers do not follow standards and is based on the indivduals contacts and who they know in senior leaderhip. This is in it self is a huge problem as incompetent individuals do find themselves leading large teams and they create toxic / self validating cultures around them. My own experience has been very negative within a toxic work place culture , micromanagment and microaggression. These issues are almost impossible to be held accountable for through conventional HR processes but they do make life very diffuclt and can be quite damaging. I have seen several people leaving for similar reasons and there is little to do about it.
