      Acqusitions mean lots of small expert teams

      Cons

      Renumeration is absolutely shocking, with zero empathy given from the senior leadserhip. No bonuses, share options, or other salary packaging available for majority of employees, and a salary well below market rate.

      Pros

      Lower and middle management does their best, but their efforts are generally limited completely by the corporate culture of profit over everything.

      Cons

      BLN used to be a small, family owned firm but now after several mergers and acquisitions, it's essentially a French-owned Blackrock type firm.
