      Good system and big name in the industry

      Cons

      They let the team to the client as if they don’t know them and the team not working in the company, if the client force the team to do something wrong on team’s member responsibility, never find support from the company side even if the client terminates any team’s member contract, what make the company work as just engineers broker.

      Pros

      Lower and middle management does their best, but their efforts are generally limited completely by the corporate culture of profit over everything.

      Cons

      BLN used to be a small, family owned firm but now after several mergers and acquisitions, it's essentially a French-owned Blackrock type firm.
