      - Opportunities to work on core construction and infrastructure projects. - One of the few employers interested in hiring fresh graduates and providing them with training, guidance and resources. - Company have numerous different projects and versatile jobs.

      Cons

      - Usually hire for the seasonal/ temporary full-time contract. - In some cases, working as a field person requires changing project locations each year or even seasonally. - The site infrastructure and compensation are not quite great as current market offers.

      Lower and middle management does their best, but their efforts are generally limited completely by the corporate culture of profit over everything.

      Cons

      BLN used to be a small, family owned firm but now after several mergers and acquisitions, it's essentially a French-owned Blackrock type firm.
