      Cons

      Compensation less than top tier firms. Slightly below average benefits package. Long hours and high workload. Be sure to ask for clarity in interview: expected hours, overtime policies, project deadlines

      Pros

      Lower and middle management does their best, but their efforts are generally limited completely by the corporate culture of profit over everything.

      Cons

      BLN used to be a small, family owned firm but now after several mergers and acquisitions, it's essentially a French-owned Blackrock type firm.
