      Good salary package Good projects

      Cons

      Poor management skills. I worked there for 1.5 years at this company worked on several projects and they involved me into 1 project for 2 months. I was sitting there idle for those time frame and the management realised that there is no scope of coding required for the project then they released me from their project.

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
