      Great company with great benefits but bad management in Mexico - Systems Engineer EPAM Systems Employee Review

      You always get paid on time, benefits above the law, the projects are respectful with your personal time.

      Cons

      Mexico's management is one of the worst I've seen, they always look for ways to block your development. If you want a raise you need to be part of their favorites

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills; - Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences; - Great benefits and insurance.

      Cons

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
