      Pros

      Good benefits, Great HR support, good work life balance, good medical coverage. As long as you are willing to put in effort to learn, there will be lots of learning opportunities.

      Cons

      Can easily go into on-bench state when the project you are working on ends. As the project demand slows down, there will be a great chance that you will be on-bench for quite some time. Being on-bench for too long is not good for your career progression.

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      Cons

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
