      Company under continuous change: we are not following the trends but in some cases we create them. The management controls the company but trying to focus on employees as well.

      Cons

      Cultural differences between locations. Most of the managers are from Belarus and Ukraine.

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
