Pros

Lots of different projects, latest technologies, educational opportunities.

Cons

Average salaries, excessive rules, regulations and paperwork. Hard to negotiate any custom work arrangements. It may be impossible to properly operate a company that big without that many formalities; however, it is still unpleasant to feel like your best bet is not to stick out.

Pros

Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

Cons

Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
