The best part is growing after senior developer level - there are different career paths and also a lot of learning stuff for solution architecture. You can get a good competitive salary. You can choose projects to work in.

      Cons

      You have to be proactive to get competetive salary. Some things depend on how lucky you are with your assigned manager. However, you can ask to change your manager. Open space office

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
