Pros

There is no reason to work with epam.

Cons

Won't pay for extra hours you work. Will ask you to leave the company and won't pay any pending dues. If somebody's trying to get a job in EPAM to think twice before applying, they will surely make your life miserable. These words are not only mine but coming from more the 100 employees to whom they asked to put resignation letter after they took over the global alliance.

Thank you for your feedback and we will ensure we better our existing processes and provide long lasting associate experience. Apologies for making you go through not so good experience but this is not the norm. We do believe in meting out similar experience to our associates on the day of joining and on the last date. We have streamlined the process and final dues are settled in max 4 working weeks.

Pros

You get exposure to the very latest technology, and the company is implementing it in impactful, real-world ways. Even if you're not in a tech role, you naturally build deeper understanding in the latest technologies that you may never get exposure to at other companies. Truly global. Even for employees not in global roles, you still get good visibility into the company's global scale and impact.

Cons

Too much process around approvals which reduces speed of execution. Asked to step-up but then insufficient support provided. Two-faced behaviors of managers has become acceptable.
