Pros

Great freedom of choice for a project for you. The range is tremendous: from a billable assignments with mature (aka legacy) + stable processes and codebase (btw, in variuos domains - travel, healthcare, ecomm, etc.) to a lot of internal initiatives/projects with cutting-edge technologies and greenfield development. Ideal place to rotate every 1-2 years between projects - to refresh knowledge, fill gaps, recharge. Spirit of a competition with other vendors (Sapient, Infosys, Cognizant and so on).

Cons

high speed and high productivity are in demand (often enforced by clients), work/life balance is shifted to work

Pros

Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

Cons

Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
