Pros

Company can propose re-location to US from Ukraine (as was in my case), so great for people who look for such chance. Great benefits, open space office. Every year company increases and grow. Good medical insurance.

Cons

As I was re-located so in Ukraine lots of benefits and company events that company pay for its employees, but not here in USA (but I guess this is not exactly EPAM, such policy and less benefits in lots of US companies). I think that as I was relocated, so my salary is less than if I would have worked for some US company.

- Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
