Hi! Thanks for sharing your opinions with us here. In addition to the great things you listed in the pro column, we think our employees are pretty great, too!
Regarding benefits, we are always looking for ways to enhance our offerings. If you have specific suggestions, please email glassdoor@epam.com so we can share them with our Benefits team. Thanks again!
Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.
Cons
Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
- A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills;
- Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences;
- Great benefits and insurance.
Cons
- Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT;
- Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working;
- Stock price dwindled significantly.
