Good work life balance, work from home, learning material are in abundance, management is good

Cons

bad hike even after good rating and performance no yearly bonus, no perks and benefits, only fixed salary, learning curve is not good, barely any opportunities, uncertainty of job security

Pros

Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

Cons

Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
