Pros

Everything depends on in which project they put you.

Cons

You can either have a great time or terrible time depending on the project. Either way, management doesn't care.

Thank you for sharing your perspective. We recognize that project dynamics can vary significantly, and are sorry to hear that you feel unsupported by leadership during the challenging times. EPAM’s core values include respecting and supporting our people. Our management teams are responsible for ensuring that even on difficult projects, our employees feel heard and supported by their leaders. If your experience has been different, it does not align with the standard of leadership we strive for. You do not have to navigate a difficult project alone. Pros

Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

Cons

Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
