We attach a lot of importance into trainings for our employees, and grow all together ! Up to 84% of ENGIE employees were trained last year and we aim at training 100% employees per year by 2030.       Pros

      The work can be challenging but also fulfilling at the same time and many opportunities and resources to learn. The pay and benefits are a little above average.

      Cons

      The culture has adversely changed where it used to be cooperative but now it is more cut-throat and many things are not communicated properly and an imbalance of responsibility and accountability which is causing conflict. There are many "exceptions".
