Pros

There are none ... not at all!!

Cons

This was by far the worst place I've ever worked!! The training was horrible!! The supervisor I had knew NOTHING about the job!! He came from Mens Wherehouse or something like that!! He had absolutely no clue how to be a team lead!! But he was REALLY GOOD at kissing up to his superiors!! He was completely useless as a supervisor!! And going to HR was an absolute JOKE!! I don't remember the girls name ... but she OBVIOUSLY favored him and did nothing to help!! This place plays favorites!!! If you are NOT one of 'THEM' you are doomed to fail!! They will do NOTHING to help you!! It is discrimination!! But they are too shallow to realize it!! This place seriously stinks!

Thank you for sharing your review after more than 3 years with us in Houston. We are pleased to hear that you find the overall total compensation fair compared to industry standards. At ENGIE, transparency and fairness in rewards are essential priorities, and we are glad that our employees know and understand the elements of their compensation through our pay transparency policy. We also take your comments regarding the competitiveness of the bonus payout structure seriously. Your feedback is highly valuable as we regularly analyze our compensation programs to remain competitive within the industry. Sincerely, The ENGIE Team

Pros

Great PTO benefits, very flexible.

Cons

There are certainly favorites among leadership. If you are on management's good side, you may see opportunities that others won't. Most internal promotions are decided before the job even posts, they just have to go through the formalities of posting/interviewing.
