      Pros

      Great place, non toxic and fun, colleagues were fantastic. Boss (Alianto Theng) is superb. Best boss so far in my entire Career.

      Cons

      Pay is slightly lower than outside. Slightly more work than average.

      Pros

      The work can be challenging but also fulfilling at the same time and many opportunities and resources to learn. The pay and benefits are a little above average.

      Cons

      The culture has adversely changed where it used to be cooperative but now it is more cut-throat and many things are not communicated properly and an imbalance of responsibility and accountability which is causing conflict. There are many "exceptions".
