Ability to work with multiple facilities across a large organization. Well established organization within its industry. Ability to work with management and craft level employees.
Cons
The organization is very large. Safety and Environmental disciplines are combined from a corporate standpoint and this can cloud some of the focus on the safety side. Programs are established at a Corporate level with little input from facilities.
