Pros

Great employees Great managers Good mission Global company is very progressive Great clients A lot of potential to do great work in energy efficiency and climate change

Cons

Lacks vision in developing company to the fully potential of an energy and sustainability organization Always jumping to the next big thing without finalizing or fully building out the last big thing Some executives don't get the big picture of energy management, are not respected throughout the company and are poor leaders that don't even acknowledge their subordinates CEO is just stamping his next ticket to a bigger job in Engie global Some departments have good old boy clubs and nepotism happening Hire Yes Men at upper management versus people with vision and or experience and skills

Pros

The work can be challenging but also fulfilling at the same time and many opportunities and resources to learn. The pay and benefits are a little above average.

Cons

The culture has adversely changed where it used to be cooperative but now it is more cut-throat and many things are not communicated properly and an imbalance of responsibility and accountability which is causing conflict. There are many "exceptions".
