Pros

Flexible work environment. Decent pay and benefits. Nice co-workers and managers.

Cons

Some managers need to stay out of their own business. Never worked for that particular manager before and was blamed for something I didn't do. Good thing about it is that my manager took care of that nonsense. Seems like a bunch of little high school kids causing problems all the time. Process of how development sucks here. Some of the managers just keep bickering at each other and never get anything done. Just do the dam work and stop worrying about how it's going to be get done. You have the tools so use them.

Pros

The work can be challenging but also fulfilling at the same time and many opportunities and resources to learn. The pay and benefits are a little above average.

Cons

The culture has adversely changed where it used to be cooperative but now it is more cut-throat and many things are not communicated properly and an imbalance of responsibility and accountability which is causing conflict. There are many "exceptions".
