      Great environment to work in. Friendly coworkers everyone helps when needed. Owners cares about all employees, just one big family.

      Management seems to care. Work life balance.

      Cons

      Doing the work of a senior adjuster but they will not give promotions even though the adjusters do the work, for a lower pay.
